Yoga Classes in Pembrokeshire

Karen holds Yoga classes suitable for everyone. These are small yoga classes to ensure personal attention in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Using breath and movement to achieve and maintain flexibility, quietness of mind and a feeling of harmony and well-being. Using many Yoga techniques Karen aims to bring about awareness, improved posture and balance along with greater enjoyment of everyday living.

Karen’s  Yoga classes are suitable for all regardless of age or ability. Karen’s warm friendly manner creates the right ambience for an enjoyable experience.

Yoga Classes are currently held Monday evenings , Wednesday  mornings and evenings  and Thursday evenings  please contact Karen for more details.

Classes are also held at Tiers Cross, Haverfordwest on Wednesday evenings 6.15- 7.45 pm,

Yoga therapy and One to One Tuition

If you have specific needs or prefer individual tuition I can arrange a private Yoga class, tailored to your needs. Tackling your theraputic need for example helping you manage stress, i nsomnia,anxiety, stiff joints, poor concentration, back problems, panic attacks.

Find committing to a regular class difficult.

You may wish to deepen and develop your personal practice.

I will guide you through a practice and provide you a written copy of your personal practice to take away with you.

I have stayed with Karen on two occasions so far and they have both been amazing!  Relaxing from start to finish.  I consider myself a novice when it comes to the practice of yoga but Karen put me at ease and soon discovered my strengths and weaknesses.  With each yoga session I gained a little more confidence and this gave me the encouragement to continue when I returned home.

 Karen’s home is stunning whilst being comfy. She cooked some lovely vegetarian meals which were a treat!

 I booked a full body aromatherapy massage each time I stayed which were in her home so no need to drive anywhere.  Very relaxing experiences.

 I felt I was staying with a friend from the minute I arrived and we still keep in touch.

 Looking forward to staying again this year!
