Yoga is a system with many methods of creating space to develop a clearer relationship with ourselves and others.
If you have specific needs or cannot commit to a regular class, individual tuition could be for you.
One to one tuition can help you to deepen and develop your personal practice, or you may want to learn more about the teachings of Yoga, learn Sanskrit chanting or meditation.
Both methods give specific attention to your personal needs, including a practice for you to work with at home. A complimentary consultation of up to 30 minutes is offered to new clients.
