Sunday 8.30am-9.30am Flexi classes ( 5@ £50 to be taken over 10 wk period, must be booked 48 hrs before) available as “drop in “ @ £14 These can be booked at any time and the 10 week period runs from the first sunday after enrolment.

Meditation 6pm-7pm 2nd sunday of every month, booking required. £10 
Relaxation 6pm-7pm 3rd sunday of every month, booking required. £10
Chakra workshop series 10.30 – 4.30pm vegetarian lunch included. £60
29th April- Muladhara Chakra Yoga and planting a herb garden.,
27th May-Svadhisthana Chakra Yoga and coastal walk followed by meditation.
24th June-Manipura Chakra Yoga and creative mandala workshop
22nd July- Anahata Chakra Yoga and pranayama and meditation workshop. 
23th September- Vishuddhi Chakra Yoga with chanting and sound workshop.
28th October-Ajna Chakra Yoga with Kundalini Yoga
25th November- Sahasrara Chakra Yoga with Kundalini Yoga 
These workshops can be attended individually and if you wish to book all 7 a discount of £45 applies.
I will also be offering free taster sessions for new people the first sunday of each month 6pm-7pm (minimum of 4 required ).

Karen really took the time to tailor things just for us, with care, attention and discussion.

The kind of reflective, meditative yoga we practiced was made suitable for both myself, in my twenties and yoga experienced, and mum in her late fifties.

The holistic nature of things continued throughout our stay, with our wonderful guided walks along the cliffs and beaches, and woodlands, and fantastic companionship.

The facilities and rooms were comfy and cosy, and the varied meals of a very high standard, feeding our souls as well as our bodies.

It was really worth booking the treatments for the Saturday afternoon too from a very wide selection. I had an aromatherapy massage, Mum a Reiki treatment, both of which we hadn’t tried before, but certainly will again. And because the treatments were at the house, we didn’t have to rush about in the car or anything, and it felt like a real luxury. The effects of the treatments were extended because we were in a reflective atmosphere, and continued by the yoga practice.

Karen is so kind and caring, she put us totally at our ease and whereas spending a weekend with people we didn’t know at close quarters may have seemed daunting, it was an absolute privilege.

It was so uplifting, relaxed and full of great chats, we can’t wait to return!
